I looked all around CIT ruins and could not find ET. Is there a certain time frame to find them, or is there a command to respawn them, if they have disappeared?
I did finally find the ET washer bin, but still have not found ET himself, nor could I do a search command to find his ID as two letters returns a great result and I couldn't find the character base ID or ref ID with the two letters.
So I started a new game and made a point to travel to the area before getting too advanced in the game and still was unable to find ET. I even looked under the ground and all around and could not find him (using the console). Not sure if ET is able to be found anymore.
So, I started another new game and almost went straightthere. I did the first main quest where you save preston and his friends and meet them back in Sanctuary. I helped out the useless guy build things while he did nothing and just requested more things, water, food, security, and beds. Then I did a a couple side quests, bringing my level up around 5 or so and went to the CIT ruins. I believe it was about 3 or 4 hours in game and finally found ET. I think the raiders that are nearby kill him rather quickly because when I found he, he was already half health. Nemesis, however, never seems to be hurting and he does quite the damage. So far, I haven't found many. I think rival enemies are killing them off before I can get to them. So far, the only ones that I have found in my play-throughs are

The only ones I consistently find are Frankenstein, King Kong, Nemesis, the Bunyip, the Rake, Hellstag, and Terminator. Usually, I restart my play-through before adventuring into Nuka World or Far Harbor, but I do not ever remember finding any at Far Harbor. Godzilla I have found a couple times. I believe this should be my last play-through because I have thoroughly checked my plugins, minus a couple new quest mods I implemented on this play-through. I will try to keep an eye out for all them and will check them off the list as I play-through. Is there a way to keep them from spawning until the player gets into the area, or would that not be feasible? I have never modded before, so I do not know the capabilities of such things. Whatever the case, this was a pretty cool idea to drum up these subjects in the surrounding areas. Thank you for your hard work.
I forgot, I did find killer at Poseidon. As a level 5, he seemed super difficult to fight with a pistol. When I found him later, he was much easier with an assault rifle. One thing about doing various play-throughs is I can experience these creatures at different levels. Also, was Jason Vorhees a ghoul at Jason Farm? I think I might have met him too.
I decided to run another play through and this time, I will try to get to each location as soon as I am in the area to verify them and their location. My last play through, I was able to verify all in the commonwealth but the Chupacabras and King Bloodbug, but everyone else was. So this play through, I have verified the Chupacabras was there but have not got to the other one yet. I feel like they are killed and despawned if you don't get there in time.
Same, I looked in to it, albeit not very hard or long giggity, but only found out that 'Metal Killers' is a 1984 compilation VHS type thing of bands like Black Sabbath and that, which leads me to think the character 'Metal Killer' might be a homage to the 80's video nasties ie Videodrome, Terminator etc. - or it could be a nod to the 1989 film 'Tetsuo: the ironman' (one of my all time favourite films), I know the director was a bit weird with copywrite and licenses so the film has flown under the radar for most.
you wouldn't need to import textures from other games, just use assets already in Fallout 4 to change their appearance Like making Nemesis have grey skin instead of green with a simple texture altering/swapping etc
Regardless it's not really necessary and if it seems like too much work don't bother. The mod is great as is
Have you seen the "Jangles The Moon Monkey" mod by jet4571? It adds him as a companion, but with permission I think that it could be a great addition to this mod!
That was just one of the only things that came to my mind and seemed feasible lol. It just didn't seem too far-fetched given that you added ET and he was more or less a good guy.

Are you planning on making the spawns look unique and somewhat closer to their namesakes?

I mean to alter the creature appearance instead of using standard spawn models.

It would be cool to add C3-PO as a built automatron robot with gold skin.
Another Idea would be to add a vicious dog named Cujo.
Also, do the bosses scale with the players level?
Yes the boss should scale to level player up to 50..
