I just use vortex and enable the "could be light" pane on the plugin page. If it can be it shows up, and one click will flag it as a esl. (but you can still set it's load order cause it's still a esp)
I'd be interested to know how to convert the ESP into an ESL as if you select ESL in the Creation Kit it saves it as an ESP anyway! Not used FO4Edit but if you have the article I'd be interested to look it up and look at converting this or put an alternate file in. Thanks!
pretty much get FO4Edit up and running (it's very clean and performance friendly unlike Creation Kit, who constantly crashes on me). I'll give you a detailed but right to the point tutorial
>Load all your mods in FO4edit (or just the one you want to convert + Masters) >Right click it >choose APPLY SCRIPT >a window will pop up, asking you which script you want to apply >scroll down the list and pick FIND PLUGINS WHICH COULD BE TURNED INTO ESL >It will begin to analyse which mods can be converted into ESL (takes a few seconds depending of the size of your load order) >It will tell you which mods can be converted and the necessary steps to do so
>I did this with your mod and it said: "Can be turned into ESL by adding ESL flag in TES4 header" which is the easiest/simplest option possible
>select the mod you want on FO4edit >on the right side of FO4edit there will be a column saying RECORD HEADER >on Record Header there is the option RECORD FLAGS >click in the blank space in front of it >a message will say ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT TO DO THIS? >say yes >Select ESL
>save changes >exit
SUCCESS, the plugin is now an ESL, save the ESP somewhere else if you want to keep it
I've updated the mod so it has both an ESP and ESL version. Also changed the weapons seller to sell 10 weapons instead of 5 so it matches the armour amount.
After playing Nuka World several times (and slaughtering the raiders) I've never understood why the vendors never sold equipment from the Nuka World raiders. I mean, they are the oppressive overlords, it kind of would make sense. Another oversight by Bethesda that had to be fixed by a modder.
Thank you very much kind sir for making Fallout 4 a little more immersive.

in MO2 I just loaded the mod on FO4Edit and converted it to ESL, works flawlessly. I had to read a article explaining how to convert mods to ESL lol
