   It works roughly half the time. There needs to be a better solution than this, or a proper update that makes it work. I watch TV or listen to music when I play the game, and I really need the menu music muted.

   Good idea, but... unfortunately it only replaces the sound files. No real sound control...
   So, it did not work on MENU REPLACER.

   From a mod-maker who has to start Fallout eighty times a day, this is a godsend. I see the author has not been on the site since 2016, but take my useless endorsement and kudos, anyway, Makanar!
