I am always grateful to these authors who are willing to make repairs to others' mods, but this may be a comment unrelated to your mod: You said on the description page that if you use FLFX (or other mods that modify lighting), it is best to "remove the same cell", which means removing FLFX's touch on RailroadHQ. However, after completing these operations, I found that perhaps this is not the case. If you do NOT Remove the same cell in ELFX, the visual effect presented is even better than after Removal. Therefore, I have uploaded two pictures to the image page. anyone can compare them, I use ghost enb, What I want to emphasize is that although there may be some ''strange lighting issues'' between ELFX and Railroad Redone, the final effect may not necessarily be worse than the vanilla effect, which may be a personal aesthetic choice.
I'm not sure but try tihs: Download Railroad Redone and open it in FO4edit. Expand "cell" and you will see several locations where Railroad Redone has modified. Remember the locations of these entries, and then use FO4edit to open UIL, all you need to Remove is the same location in UIL
i'm not having the issue so i gotta ask did you enable the esp? if you have tales from the commonwealth? and last question did you download atomic radio , or tales from the commonwealth at the bottom
I use Vortex and I am getting this same "missing masters" error for that same file. EDIT: Got it to work. Didn't realize there was a mod also called Tales from the Commonweath. So unless you have Tales from the Commonweath, you do NOT need the 3DNPC patch.
So unless I missed something the mod seems to be bugged on my end. when you enter the hq there is one part which has two beds and one clipping between them, along with a desk I think blocking the armor workbench. Not to mention two of each workbench. I figure I should ask but is this mod incompatible with faction housing overhaul Railroad?
From what I saw of that mod it only added the room that's close to the entrance and away from the rest of the place so it shouldn't have caused it to bug out. Again, it's very likely the cause/answer is obvious but it might as well be invisible to me until someone points it out.
Try load faction housing overhaul Railroad before my mod and see if everything works right, but it's very possible that it requires a patch to make them work together.
I know this is kind of an old comment but it looks like a patch is needed for Eli's housing mods as far as I can tell anyway, no matter where it either mod goes in the load order there's still quite a few issues like clipping / floating furniature or areas becoming impossible to pass through cause it's filled with a second crafting table or something
Sorry for the late reply! I'd say they are incompatible for sure, as the precombine data get all the room structure fixed, hence changes from faction house overhaul would directly added on top. Personally I don't use that mod, and it would take a lot more effort to blend them together, sorry :(
I'm assuming I need to come to this mod since the description page says it added shadows to the lights. I found a problem with one of the shadows. It's placed object 28005CBF, or "[STAT: 00096C5F]. (FloorlampNoShadeOn) RailroadRedone.esp > Cell > Block 5 > Sub-Block 6 > Temporary. In-game, after you come down the stairs, you take a left after a few steps, you'll come to a bed with a tall lamp with no shade. It's bathed in shadow. Almost looks like it's textured black. Once you see it, you can't unsee it.
Is it an entry I could remove from RRR - Improved.esp?
Just checked and tried a little bit, it's an oversight on me. Solution is pretty easy I'd say: In CK, locate the lamp you mentioned, tune down the fade value of the shadowed light in its edit window from 1.0 to about 0.5, then add another light without shadow to the same place, tune down it's fade to 0.5 too, and it would looks good. The problem here is that it's already formID compacted, adding new records and doing compacting again may do harm to other's save files.
So not something that could be fixed with removing an entry or two from FO4Edit? Bummer. Oh well! I used the console to disable it. The light is still there, but I don’t mind it. Easiest bandaid fix without potentially messing up anyone else’s save! lol. Thanks for the response!
Load before RRR Improved, and it'll automatically load after RR and ToTC after a LOOT run. In fact I'd suggest to add a PreVis & Precombined Fixes tag in LOOT so LOOT will better load it last.

Edit: load order for the 3DNPC patch...? After RR or RRI....?
