or you could just add bPlayMainMenuMusic=0 to bottom of [general] section of Fallout4.ini if using launcher, after save set file to read-only to prevent launcher reverting
True Honeydak, I love all the music in the game but the main menu music is super loud and isn't affected by lowering music volume in the settings. That's why there's another mod by Makanar that just lowers the volume, Many people were bothered by the disparity between the menu music and the game itself.
i play my own personal playlist when playing fallout, so whenever i launch fallout, it is a pain in the ass to hear the loud ass music conflict with mine.
It's not that it's bad, but that there are: Conflicts with other menu mods Mod authors who have to restart the game many times to make something work right The fact you can't lower the menu music volume without lowering the game's overall volume and People who prefer to use a custom playlist
you know what i love about bethesda mods, especially old ones such as this, they never give you a hard time when the game has been updated, unless it's an FO4 script extender then i understand, but little mods like this will work because they are simple.
