The vanilla Fallout 4 pool table somehow doesn't let pool balls go through the holes so I remeshed it and remade the collision so that they not only go through the holes but also restack on one end of the pool table.
This is a replacer that replaces the vanilla pool table with the one with holes.

I have updated this to be now be a replacer mod for the vanilla pool table. This will also now be a settlement object you can place in your settlements. Thanks to users elzee, AccountName283, and Ablaze666 for their help.
I placed this pool table in the middle of the Dugout Inn with pool balls that you can play with. Somehow the pool balls are set to owned? I don't know how to reset them to be unowned, even when I checked the ownership tab in the Creation Kit and it says owned by no one. But you can still pick them up and play with them. Just don't steal them or the Bobrov Brothers will send you to the Gulag.
I recommend using the built-in throwing function of Fallout 4:
You pick the pool ball and press R. Don't press too long though or it will bounce. Otherwise, either shoot at it or use the switchblade (Thanks btw to jkruse05 for recommending that).

For some reason, the vanilla pool table won't let pool balls fall through the holes
It is also worth noting that the vanilla pool balls are in metal material collision giving them more of a bounce somehow instead of a smooth roll on the pool table.
NOTE:
The pool table is placed smack dab in the middle of the Dugout Inn, I haven't tested it if something will go wrong with the bar fight quest with Travis Miles. So it's best to load this mod after you have finished Travis Miles' quest.
