Version 1.3
- Scrap Palace received an overhaul.
- South Boston Military Checkpoint has received a massive overhaul / addition from the original changes made.
- South Boston Military Checkpoint has received a new open-world Boss: Drudge.
- New open world boss: Mirelurk Patriarch.
- Robotics Pioneer Park received changes, making it a ghoul-point of interest.
- West Everett Estates has been turned into a Super Mutant Stronghold, largely expanding on the already existing Super Mutant fortifications.
- Poseidon Energy Turbine has received a large overhaul, replacing its insect inhabitants with Super Mutants.
- Medford Memorial Hospital Super Mutant outpost expanded.
- Slocum's Joe Corporate HQ exterior changes, adding Super Mutant décor to match the surrounding area changes.
- Med-Tek Research converted from ghoul infested, to a Super Mutant outpost.
- The Lost Patrol Quest location has received new Super Mutant spawns.
- Malden received many Super Mutant spawns, patrols, and Super Mutant décor additions.
Version 1.2
- Gunner's Plaza received a large exterior overhaul. The inside has not been touched. The exterior is now much more challenging than the vanilla game.
- New Gunners base on highway near Mass Gravel & Sand.
- Drumlin Diner Overhaul.
- Cambridge received more ghouls, mostly in residential areas.
- Gunners base near Skylanes Flight 1981 received a large addition. Approximately 2.5x larger. More difficult inherently.
- Additional ghoul spawns in a few locations, mostly highway related.
- Navmesh fixes all around the board.
Version 1.1
- A few small Navmesh fixes.
- Addition of the Legendary Bloatfly B1-G M.T bossfight.
- Addition of Accelerator unique modded weapon.
