This mod is currently not being updated for the foreseeable future. I am focusing heavily on my Ryn's Skyrim project right now and it takes up all of my time, and all of my interest as of now. When the day comes where I grow bored of Skyrim modding again, I will return here and continue where I left off. I apologize for any inconveniences this causes. An excellent mod by an incredible author. Has helped to really flesh out the various world spaces it overhauls and will be a must-have in my LO going forwards.
As I have read the comments thus far, the major issue plaguing 99% of users seems to be regarding the previsbine. Ryn is primarily a Skyrim-focused modder who might not be aware of how Bethesda has implemented a previsbine system into FO4. There is no data included such as Geometry.csg or .cdx that has regenerated previsbines to decrease draw calls when using this mod. This is why everyone is reporting flickering / disappearing / invisible meshes.
I would encourage everyone to learn how to use PJM's tools as it helps to significantly reduce the headache of having to deal with previsbines and you can generate the appropriate data for any mod with cell changes. I can now add any big overhaul mods without issue since I can generate for my entire custom LO and no author is going to provide patches for every single user LO.
Doubt it, since Sim 2 for example heavyly goes for the Gunners plaza which also is altered within this mod. So aslong as theres no compatibility patch we (sadly) can't use both together.
I'm an Xbox player and I can ask you to submit this mod to the attention of the community to find a modder who can port it to bethesda.net. Can I have your permission? Thanks in advance for any response

I have solved this issue for the entire Lost World mod list community by regenerating my own custom previsbines using PJM's new scripts found here https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/69978?tab=description
