Hey this looks just about perfect, been using vogue enb and vivid weathers but since vogue is not working right with newest binaries this will do nicely. Looks really natural and skin tones are great, like the slight green tint compared to vogue. Maybe you would consider adding dither to fix the sky banding.

since weather mods add inconsistent fog effect between clear weather and rainy weather i made all the settings according to vanilla weathers. technically your game wont crash if you use a weather mod. but it will look too bright or too saturated. so its not compatible with any weather mod sorry
go to ENB settings (shift+enter in game) > go to effect title (as far as i remember) there should be an option for turning on/off DOF. turn it off then click to the Save Settings button.
it supposed to be as the images, i added screenshots that taken at night time in the game. you can look at them to compare with your game. also this enb is not made for any weather mod. if you use weather mod, it can change the brightness
