Version 1.1 Is Now Available. Read The Update Info At The Bottom of The Front Page!
The New Item Count is 727. I just made some minor tweaks to things that bugged me. The major thing was 3 items that i forgot were in Shaune's Room from a previous design that was cancelled.I also reworked the Mod's Name and Description. To be more "Lore Friendly"! :)
1) On occasion while climbing down into the bunker, I would get stuck in the "falling animation" pose. Most likely caused by the ladder teleporting me down to a previously unavailable area, to quickly. This is easily fixed by climbing back up the ladder and down again! Also, while standing at the top looking down, try selecting the Left Hand Side of The Ladder. (Verified)
2) If I dropped a few items on the ground to be used as lootable decoration, they would sometimes disappear and reaper as if they fell through a worm hole. Again, most likely caused by the game taking a moment to "realize" there is now a floor here!.. and it's OK to allow said items to be placed etc. I hand placed and or dropped about 100 items while experimenting and messing around with no losses of any kind. If you drop an item for some reason, just be patient and let it faze in.
3) I found a tree trunk sticking threw a wall while testing the blueprint on a new save. I had not scrapped anything with my lvl 1 Tester but had scrapped all the trees during my build. Again, simple fix scrap or move the tree using Place Everywhere.. etc.
4) Lastly, the only potentially problematic issue for you may come from the Power Armor frame I placed as one of your free gifts. Since this item is included in the Blueprint but was "forced" in using Place Everywhere, if you Scap This Build for whatever reason (tested) the frame stays in place.. in the void space! It is Recommended that if for ANY REASON you wish to scrap and reset my build, that you REMOVE or at the very least MOVE the frame Top Side!
Otherwise, you'll end up duplicating the frame should you Transfer The Blueprint Again.. A sharp person may wish to exploit this.. free frame.. thing. Not Recommended.. but you be you bruh. :P cheers
PS
you could just disable or markfordelete the frame using the console.
I noticed that the Info Glass or "Huge Monitor" in the Living Room sometimes disappears randomly. This is only visually speaking! The panel is still selectable in Build Mode and may be caused My Graphics and Texture Mods, not sure..
After I finished freaking out, I starting worrying this might happen to YOU. I simply, Saved My Game and Reloaded. Everything was fine, Crisis Obverted!
I just updated the description regarding "NPCs using the ladder", not 2 hours ago. Then to my astonishment, R-404 (3-D NPCs/Tales from the Commonwealth), just climbed down the ladder.. so perhaps they will or can use it?!
This also may be because I'm using the Sandbox AI Overhaul Mod.. not sure. Anyway, I hope you have a great day! :)
Had an issue where the Decontamination Arch wouldn't clear my rads from the Bloat Flies. So I used the Shower in the bathroom and that worked. It may have been a "timing thing" as the blueprint just finished setting up.. not sure. Anyway, hope this was helpful. ;)
I was messing around with Scap Everything and received a constant CTD when approaching Sanctuary's "Center" i.e. The Player Character's House from the Sanctuary Bridge.
Uninstalling Scrap Everything seems to fix this. I'm posting this incase anyone else is useing both and runs into this issue. (not my fault lol)
Also, it looks like my Mutfruit disappeared from The Maintenance Area, not sure if it's related to the cell reloading. Apologies if this happens to you.
If it does and you want to replace the bushes. Simply plant One Mutfruit in the now empty planter. Using Place Everywhere, move the bush onto the floor. Using Numpad 1(N1), shink it to 60-40% and replace it in the dirt.. rinse and repeat. (No more than 2 recommend)
Hi just saw this. You've probably figured it out, but the "white ball" is from SOE. It's an ambient light that adds the Green Shadow Light to the Wasteland Mushrooms i.e. your "porch light" :P
Saving and reloading OR selecting it and releasing it in Build Mode will cause it to go invisible.. after exiting Build Mode etcetera.
Also, it's recommended that you go to an interior cell, such as the vanilla bunker behind that one house. Save and reload the game before you start assigning peeps and before building in the cell.
You can also leave the Sanctuary Build Area for Three In-Game Days and return (CDante/TransferSettlements), but Saving and Reloading is WAY faster.
I love the look and feel of this bunker but I cannot for the life of me, get this to work. Let us assume, just for the moment, that I haven't the foggiest clue what I'm doing... with that premise couched firmly in our minds, can we explain very simply what I need to do? I have all the necessary mods installed. When I access the transfer settlements screen via the pipboy, the settlement simply does not show up at all. I have done everything I can think of. Can you kindly please offer any insight into my problem?
Thank you very much, -- William
edit: I figured it out. For some reason, Vortex Mod Manager was installing the json file to the inccrrect location. Now everything is working perfectly. I was confused why it was treating this as a blueprint, now I understand. It is literally underneath the settlement of Sanctuary; not a separate cell. Too soon to tell if that will be potentially problematic on my aging computer -- we will see. Thank you very much for making this mod and sharing it with us.
edit 2 @11/13/2022@10:42PM I am having repeated and consistent crashing in OCdecorator workshop menu, everytime I explore. I will send mod author a private message and if meaningful solution presents itself, I will share.
For those worried about how this relates to the Brotherhood currently in the Commonwealth... it doesn't. The first Brotherhood incursion which brought in crates of Pre-War artifacts and documents was only referred to by Danse because they were in the part Danse didn't go to... the Northwestern quadrant. Brandis' squad was concentrating on the eastern section nearer to the coast and Danse, by all accounts, made a southern entry and likely put up with a ton of Gunners, Raiders and ghouls to say nothing of Institute synths.
No, that first set, if you used this mod, would have bivouacked in Sanctuary and gone on to loot salvage/archive Concord and Olivia in the halcyon days before the Minutemen frayed and the Raiders moved into the region.
As far as loot goes I'm just saying I/We redecorated it to give a mixture of items, including old items we owned or found. I contemplated uploading an undecorated version i.e. missing the hand placed loot and a few decorations. If people want I will do that!?
My reference to the "Original Occupants" and Codsworth not mentioning them was just an idea of how to rationalize the lack of dialogue.. etc. Thank you for the feed back my dude! :D
I'm cool with it. I just felt like explaining this is actually lore-friendly as long as they stayed out of Codsworth's way. If you like, I do have an even more secure spot First Recon might have done this... clearing out, shaking their heads over, and expanding on the Dump Cave in the hill under Red Rocket.

I'm using the entire FALUI Series

I'm glad you stoped in. It was very insightful and enlightening!
