So, I use the next-gen update and decided to give this a try. So far, I have not experienced issues. When I switch to pip-boy, when under this hurting state, and switch back to normal view, the view returns as intended until I heal, at which point the injured state leaves. Short story, this mod works as intended and improves the functionality, in my opinion, of the injured framework system that Bethesda made. Endorsing and recommend sound of pain (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/25175) in addition to this mod as they compliment each other.
So I tested it out again, and when you switch to your pip boy and back out, it does remove the red tint until you get hurt again. I was testing near radiation barrels, went down to like 10%, exited the area, went into the pip boy, backed out, and the red tint disappeared. As soon as I started experiencing radiation damage, while still at about 10% health left, the red tint came back. So there is an issue with that, but regardless, this mod is definitely an awesome addition, so thank you.
there are people that just never top off their health and I don't get it. they just stroll around at 40% health without a care in the world, not even cooking or eating food, can't dare waste a precious stimpak they only have 70 of those left better not heal until they get to a bed or reload a save or something.
In my game basic bandages restore 20% health only when health is below 20%. Medicated bandages restore 20% health only when health is below 50%. Self healing gives me 20% healing daily. There is no other healing in my game. Getting near dead and low on supplies can mean living in the commonwealth for several days before a full recovery.
Wonderful mod, and thanks for sharing. For some reason Nexus won't acknowledge that i have downloaded this mod, and therefore i can't endorse, but kudos well earned. Just LOVE a mod that is simple (as a concept), and done well without being overdone.
Love this mod - endorsed. I brought in this mod by Ubercharge to replace the heartbeat sound: https://www.loverslab.com/topic/55194-finished-mod-sound-of-pain/ . This mod has spoken swearing, anger, gasping in pain using the female vanilla voice, and really works well. The two together are amazing! (Sorry it has to be that site...) I don't think there is a male version. Maybe LinuX123 you want to chat to Ubercharge and link up his sound effects?
