About this mod
This mod adds a city and castle to Spectacle Island. The original castle building was taken from Kiddie Kingdom in Nuka-World but now has been heavily modified. I designed the city area and some walls and well as most internals.

This mod adds a castle and city to Spectacle Island. I made most of the interiors and navmeshed the whole area. The original castle building was taken from Kiddie Kingdom in Nuka-World but many changes have been made to the point where it's not really the original structure now, but more glorious! When I first visited Kiddie Kingdom I was disappointed you couldn't transform it into a settlement. So now you can on Spectacle Island!
This changes a lot of the land height so before you install it you should build a bell near the docks on Spectacle Island and call all of your settlers there so they don't get clipped underground. Also be sure to remove anything you've already placed unless you know it won't get clipped underground. But the land height by the docks hasn't been changed at all. Also the workbench is located on top of the southern-most gates. You can't change it's position or height so I had to blend it into the castle walls. But I think I did a nice job.
I don't know if your PC will take a performance hit for this, I don't have one to test it. The navmeshing may not work everywhere around the coastline but you no longer need to unlock the workbench before installing the mod. This is my first mod so please leave a comment if you like it!
If you find this mod drops your FPS too much you can download outdated V2 which has less items.
This is also the update for the original Spectacle Island Kingdom mod I uploaded. If this is the first time you're installing my mod then skip this next part.
To update, delete the original mod and install this one. It may give you a warning that "Spectacle.esp is missing". The ESP file was only renamed so just ignore that.
BEFORE YOU UPDATE:
Check the screenshots to make sure anything you built is not in the way of the new buildings. If it is, move it before installing this mod so there's no clipping. You should also call your settlers to the docks with a bell before updating too.
