This a Npc Character Preset based on the Magnolia Burlesque Herocard from Fallout shelter online. I noticed no one on here created a preset that would let her look something like herocard so I thought i'd take some time and create one for you ^__^ !!
To clarify any confusion , this replaces Magnolia within the Third rail with this unique Character Preset
I also included a Looksmenu Player preset for people who just like the look
P.s I still don't understand whats up with nate , hes now just a feature in my modded game , he doesn't come with the mod just weird little quirk for my load order
