I believe this mod is broken by bad math. This skill is bugged in vanilla gameplay and triggers on health below 1000%. With this mod the check is raised to 2500%.

it would be great to buff the heal itself either to a higher number or to a flat% heal, cuz at level 100+ at 1000 hp and beyond, a 100 heal is nothing. a 30% heal makes a lot more sense the higher level you get otherwise that talent falls off hard.
Curie never gets to heal my character. Since it insists on jumping in front of my line of sight at the onset of every battle, I promptly shoot it down, then go fight in relative peace ( yeah, I know that's an oxymoron, but it does describe it lol ) .

i jumped of something high to slowly get myself down to 10 percent hp, but the perk never took effect. Tried with grenades, still no luck.
Does self damage not apply or is it bugged ?
has anyone used this mod actually noticed it heal you once you hit 25 percent ?
