Lots of trees in several areas adjusted in the latest base mod patch - I'm trying to make the forest feel more natural and atmospheric. You might notice a difference around Fort Strong, Kingsport Lighthouse, Parsons State, Chestnut Hillock Reservoir, probably some other areas I've forgotten... but hopefully it's most obvious in the walk from Vault 111 down through Concord. What other areas could use some tinkering?
2024-02-08 Base Mod Patch is a minor update, mostly trying to make it work with America Rising 2. But one notable shout-out: I disabled a few trees around Murkwater to make it compatible with the SS2 city plan "Murkwater Grove - Living Up in the Trees" by Gavdaman. If you run SS2 and A Forest, definitely give that city plan a gander.
Would you be willing to make a patch for Beantown Interiors? There are quite a few places broken by the conflict and I don't have the skills to fix it myself yet.
Wonderful landscape mod, I'm always amazed when I'm wandering around in the woods and can't see for miles. But that's exactly what causes a bit of a nuisance. What makes the game feel better in the wilderness generally causes problems in the settlements. What I mean? The tall grass. In places it's so tall that it looks like small trees and doesn't allow for any reasonable building. So my question and request is, can you create a patch that generally removes tall grass in settlements?

Or maybe a more yellow hue to both leaves and grass and a slight raise in brightness? Or better still, a FOMOD for these options?
