A simple replacer patch that merges Deacon's facegen data from the Unique Deacon Companion mod with the changes made by Horizon. I've included the more modded (with tattoo), more modded (no tattoo), and vanilla versions of the original mod, but be aware that the "more modded" versions will require Looks Menu Customization Compendium and/or Lots More Male Hairstyles, LooksMenu, and F4SE by extension.
You DO NOT need to have Unique Deacon companion installed for this patch to work! It acts as a replacer and functions normally without the original. I don't think your save will be borked if you use them together, but it's better to be safe than sorry.
REQUIREMENTS
INSTALLATION
LOAD ORDER
ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS load any patches pertaining to Horizon AFTER Horizon.esp, including this one. Very important! Freaky things (or nothing at all) happen if you don't. Here's an example of what it should look like:
I'll be making more patches for Horizon as I have the time and motivation. In the meantime, if you have a request for a patch, feel free to let me know and I'll see what I can do. If you're interested in learning how to make your own patches for Horizon, or if you're unsure whether a mod is compatible or not, here's a good place to start: Modding Horizon.
It's probably safe to esl-ify this mod so it saves precious plugin space. However, do so at your own risk! Only mess with that stuff if you know what you're doing—I don't, which is why I uploaded it as an esp. If a kind soul wishes to donate a few minutes of work and provide .esl files for this patch, I will happily upload them (with full credit) for others to use.

- Horizon v1.8
- Looks Menu Customization Compendium (optional, only needed if using the more modded (with tattoo) version.)
- Lots More Male Hairstyles (optional, only needed if using either of the more modded versions.)
- Appealing Moles (optional, but highly recommended. If you don't have this installed, Deacon's lower face will be covered brown spots. See screenshots for comparisons. You have been warned.)
INSTALLATION
- Install all requirements first
- Download and install this patch with your favorite mod manager, or manually, if that's your thing
- Enable the RDGY_HorizonDeaconPatchVanilla.esp, RDGY_HorizonDeaconPatchMoreModdedNoTattoos OR RDGY_HorizonDeaconPatchMoreModded.esp in your plugins tab, depending on which version you choose.
- Done!
