How's this play with "Settler and Companion Dialogue Overhaul - LITE"?

Hi, would you consider adding the DLC companions at any point?

I have the Curie Deeper Thoughts with affinity-sorted dialogue ( an option of the with Deeper thoughts Curie mod)...

Will this work ok with the Patch you have in your files?

    Thanks in advance.

Ahead of Sranger or others confirming, I've got Deeper Thoughts Curie - Expressive (same as affinity but with facial expressions). They seem to work together fine. At least so far - I've only recently added CTO (and the CTO patches) for my next playthru and tested speaking to her a dozen times and visited a couple of places I know she reacts to, I've not done any significant amount of playthru.

10/Dec/23 update: happened to be testing something else but asked Curie what was on her mind and she said maybe she should get some swimming trunks - Maybe she's said it once or twice before but I don't recall it in prob hundreds of hours of my 1st playthru with her as my main late-game companion. And we were at Kingsport overlooking the sea at the time so it seemed appropriate...

19/Dec/23 update: testing other mods I kept Curie along and she said "tisk, tisk, that is no way to treat dead bodies" (or similar). Again, maybe she'd said it before but I can't recall. Not sure how much is CTO or Deeper Thoughts but def seem to work together.

Still testing other mods for my next playthru and keeping Curie I finally had one line glitch one me. We arrived in Oberland and she "said" (well, the subtitle said, she never spoke the line) something starting "The (something) form..." I think. Sadly I didn't catch and wasn't able to repeat it. I looked up her wiki dialogue and it might be mscellaneous hello "The living form is so amazing. And I have my good friend to thank for this." But I can't swear to it. The thing is, if you didn't have subtitles one you might not even notice the glitch as I wasn't looking at her at the time but walking past not long after we fast travelled into the place. And I can't tell for sure if this mod is involved as I'm testing other mods (but no companion type ones other than the combo mentioned above). Anyways, Happy New Year everyone!

Just to provide some info on this, I'm using Deeper Thoughts - Curie mod as well (the affinity-sorted with facial expressions version), as well as CTO main file and the CTO patch for Curie Deeper Thoughts. My guess is that the patch was made either for the base Deeper Thoughts version or the one with affinity-sorted but not the one with facial expressions, as in FO4Edit I can see some of those facial expression records being overridden.

To fix those records, I just selected them all and copied them over to the Curie Deeper Thoughts CTO Patch and made sure to drag and copy each record to keep the data from Deeper Thoughts mod (and while I was at it, I added that mod as a master to the patch, as well as adding CTO itself as a master to the patch as well, that way I can't mess up in the future with the load order, since that will guarantee I have to load that patch after both of those mods).

Seems like an interesting idea. I will track it for now as it may work in a similar way to Thuggysmurf's mod "Settler and Companion Dialogue Overhaul", which I use right now.

Seems like it is one or another situation, they may overlap if used simultaneously... Have to learn more.
Congrats on the hot files nonetheless :)

Do we know if they do? Or perhaps compliment one another?

I don't support the two, they will most likely conflict, it's one or the other.  Thuggy's mod makes it so many of these lines never repeat, using the flag "say once".

Im setting a 24 hour cooldown to lines.

Also Thuggy changes the dialogue menu from vanilla, which I do rely on to add more line variety for the Sole Survivor.
If you want to use both go ahead but I don't support it.

There is a mod that removes the "Say Once" flag from SCDO.

      https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/42341

Needless to say, Smuggythurf was not happy about it.

If this needs vanilla dialogue menu, will it still work with Extended Dialogue Interface?

Yeah I didn't think so, I think I accidentally created a body double that follows me around and intercepts my comms and trades now and then.  I have a nerve disorder and click the most random crap on my keyboard lol! The more powerful the mod the more dangerous I am with it REEEEEEEEEEEEEEE~!

Do I have to have the Deeper Thoughts Curie patch and the Flirty Commonwealth patch together? Because when I activated the other it closes the other one. Is it required to have one being activated? Or that that the patch simply doesn't detect the others altogether? Please I need response.

Was going to download but the popup before download said I should have the Ellen and Nora mods.  No way.  Don't play with them as companions, ever.   So, why would I need these?

Before downloading a mod, always read through the mod page in its entirety. Towards the top of the mod page, you'll see a section called "Requirements" that you can expand. That'll give you your answer.

The requirements literally say "requirement only for the optional file" in the notes buddy
