I've noticed you're using version 1 (according to Nexus), and it's been updated since. Can you let me know if the sound issue is persisting with version 1.2, please.

Make sure your sound is mixed into the correct track. There are 5 tracks, and MPC-HC will only play one of them. Use the advanced play button in Rad VT to play it. You will be able to use the track function to select between tracks 1 to 5 and find out which track has the sound on it. You'll need to make sure whichever track your language uses (it will be between 1 - 5) and mix the sound into that.
It's better to use something like WinFF to extract the audio as a WAV, and then add it separately after you've compressed the video, using the Mix in sound button. Make sure you overwrite your original BIK each time, and just do it one for each track.
I do cover this in my tutorial which will be done before the end of the week.
Did you finish this tutorial? If so could you send a link? Also, if not in the tutorial, could you link the programs one would need to take a video and make it work with this mod?
What VOTW movies do you have? and if possible can you make a batman one lol Im writing a story and using the different lounger mods for part of my story a Batman movie would be pretty funny as I am Batman in the story
I couldn't have done this with the 1.2 update. Pretty much everything changed, including the video structure (went from 1 file to 5 with filename changes). I do generally do minor updates as separate files with large downloads, at least for a while until I notice the update file no longer being downloaded, but this wasn't possible with this.
If you have a look in the change log, I list what I've done so that others can see the evolution of the mod or what I've done and whether they want it or not. If there's an update, but no version number or change log, then most of the time it's just a repack and I've tidied up the 7z or added an installer (although I generally will note and installer in the change log).
Always a sign of high quality (and higher gnomes) when you're involved. Speaking of which, any chance of The Wicker Man (1973 version) and Gnomes (the animated series) making an appearance?
The former having featured in WIVS Radio and flower crowns recently coming back into vogue in the Commonwealth, I just get nostalgic for Christopher Lee's hair to look quite that mussed up again.
I have to be careful of the copyright gnomes in regards to what I upload. The requested material is still under copyright, so uploading it would more or less result in me getting some sort of penalty from Nexus and possibly sued by the copyright holders. Although they usually settle for getting you banned and the upload taken down, I don't want to risk it and my mum would kill me because she's a solicitor and it would be her firm defending me lol.
Even if something has copyright lapsed, I generally have to do some research into it and find out if there's restrictions around the music in it, which will frequently have separate copyright. I wanted to upload A Wonderful Life for VotW around Xmas a while back as a favour for my housemate which is widely believed to have lapsed copyright, but on investigation I found out that large parts of it, including the music still has copyright.
Companies like Rockstar have issues with this, and occasionally you'll get an update for one of their products that will remove some content because their license on the track has expired and needs to be removed. I also think Sega stopped developing the OutRun series because they has issues with the Ferrari licence (not gospel and heard in a chat).
However, the tutorial that's currently being made (which is taking some time due to me writing as I develop this) is really easy, and will come once I've figured stuff out properly, so making your own would take about 30 minutes including conversion if you can get a source of the movie.
The update was a repack. Check the bug reports. I think because it was a newer file, it showed up as an update despite me not changing the version number or including any documentation.
This sounds really intriguing, can't wait to try it when I fire up my game in a bit.

Just thinking out loud here, will every different video add-on require a separate esp like VOTW? And will there need to be a separate lounger in the build menu for each video, or can the movies be switched via holotape?
Yeah every video will require a different lounger and ESP, because each one will be a fully fledged mod in itself - there's no dependencies. To be honest I'd hope people were using ESLs for this though, because there's no real reason not to.
At the moment they're placed in Power > Misc so don't even have their own subcategory. It's possible to create collections though and control it by a holotape terminal. Even releasing a movie will require this because it would need to be chopped up into chapters to account for the lack of seek bar.
