This mod places weapons with the Legendary effect (called Blueshift in the plugin's files) from the Blue Laser Legendary Effect mod around the Commonwealth, and adds a story.
I'm really proud of what I was able to accomplish with this mod, Papyrus being a headache as always, and did my best to keep things as lore-friendly as possible.
Also has an optional Latin translation patch (translations by Google Translate) as an ESL-flagged ESP (the main file is a regular ESP) for that one person on Discord who was complaining that they don't get to use their knowledge of Latin enough. They were probably joking, but I went ahead and made it anyway.
Known Issues:
Some of the characters' clothing suffers from minor physics issues. Doesn't appear to be a way to fix this, though I've tried.
Another character may be slow to realize his condition. In my testing this fixed itself quickly.
