try finishing sim settlements 2 questline first and then download the settlements you want just to avoid conflicts, you can also skip the main quest trought the cheats menu in the city planner holotape, sadly this hasn't been implemented for side quest since some are stuck like Father, i Have Sinned and such
Glad to see you're still active... I'm hoping all these mods work with the upcoming Fallout Together, and I'll be downloading and endorsing all your settlement mods to try out today. Thanks for the hard work!
EDIT: Finally downloaded all the mods. Unless my count is off, this adds a whopping ONE HUNDRED AND THIRTY NINE additional settlements to build... For comparison, there are 30 in the base game and 37 with all DLC according to the wiki.
I am "Riveted" honestly Ragoda there is no other word fits better I am sure i never saw these mostly before this is tragedy :) ( and i'm including your library of settlemods i see also )
I am using an alternative author's mod for "Fairline Hill Estates" literally sharing a border I speculate with your 3 Milton Triplets mods... and I've spent weeks deciding where i was going with that location so i can't sacrifice all that building upgrading i have done to Fairlinehill Estates (35 entrenched settlers)...
I used DracoInvictus1's mod 'Fairline Hill Settlement w Fixed Roofs' ~ https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/26855 for my Fairline Hills Estates (although I've long since removed the original houses etc)
hopefully everything works together without having to hotwire load orders :( I have thrown grenades into that Parking garage from my Fairline so often it would be SWEEEET to actually 'conqour' it :)
Hidden bonus? if the Vertipad on the Milton Hospital is part of the settlement too .. ?
thanks i found it by Niston https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/40146?tab=posts apparently they work together... (although i restrict my Flyable Personal Vertibirds to settlement pads where the interactive Pilots can sandbox and have access to amenities) so i probably will NOT use the pad there... but 'compatibillity with other mods' seems to run in your mod's veins so thanks for replying...
I wish I could say I'm sorry to greekage for he does not like no more I wanted to say how sorry that must have rude to him was a mistake. I hope someday he will give another chance to make it up.

Have gun gaming!
I use quite often this helipad to go to GNN building on Sim Settlements 2 Chapter 2 quest.
BTW, car dealer area is modified to attack GNN building by SS2.

best regards
ps all the stuff you can't find is in pictures so they are easy to locate
About Workbenches in pictures: I always add picture, sometimes more than one, of Settlement Workbench, in pictures.
