Don't be put off by the requirements, there are only a few that are absolutely required, the rest are to make the settlements as close to my complete vision as possible. I can't guarantee the results without all the mods I used, but feel free to experiment. That being said, I use pretty much the same mods for most of my builds, so if you have them most of my builds are accessible from the get-go.
If you encounter any problems with the blueprint please let me know. I also don't mind opinions to make the settlements better.
