Every time I try to build the reduced Somerville Place plan, I get a CTD. No issues with the other plans, and my hardware is pretty beefy... is it possible there is something wrong with the plan?
I ran the reduced version with the City Plan Auto Upgrade and Non Auto Upgrade and I have no issues. Try checking if you have more than 10-20 Active Scripts in your save.
I had to abandon one of my saves since I messed up and ran to Sanctuary while my Abernathy City Plan was updating/running scripts.
So now, every time I run a city plan, I make a clean save and run it through Fallrim ReSaver to make sure I dont have alot of scripts running before I leave the city.

While I have you on the horn, are you aware of any settler limits for Jamaica Plains? I keep getting a "not enough beds" message there, only 7 beds? Maybe just a case of not being upgraded enough? I have all the prereqs.
That wouldn't work, since they're putting all their city plans on this one page... which I'm personally a huge fan of. If you're finding it difficult to find city plans, search by description instead of title.

Most issues, I've found is when plots are upgrading, when too many plots try to upgrade, it causes crazy script lags and cause crashes

All the excess settlers that I would get in Abernathy and Sanctuary, I was dumping them on Starlight.

Sometimes if you have script lag, it won't register what was on the city plan, even if you have Design Mode on or w/e
It may sometimes change the plot chosen.
Just change their beds to the SIMP 2 Bonks Beds for that interior room and you should be fine.
One really important note, so people who are wanting sanctuary plans an find it - put Sanctuary in the name.
Something like
Sim Settlements 2 - City Plan - Sanctuary - DZK Forts
or
SS2 - City Plan- Sanctuary - DZK Forts
each their own. I look forward to more city plans.
