   Thanks for correcting what I can only assume is an oversight on the part of Bethesda. 
   EDIT: It just works, and correct punctuation too!

      I just started the game yesterday. I started the game and I found this problem. So I solved it and upload it in case anyone else wants to fix this nosense problem. I still don't understand how the whole game is subtitled except for these cutscenes. Thank you Bethesda

      I edit the video files to add the subtitles. It's the weight of the original files
