Adds compatibility between PADR and SAR Legendary Patch.

SAR and PADR are two mods that I enjoyed so far. This patch add compatibility between Some Assembly Required (Legendary Patch) and PADR - Power Armor Done Righ. Both mods were added as master files so Loot can load it after them. Also the file is an .esp file flagged as .esl.
