Just remember that their are 2 other sound files that also play during this. Fun fact I made a similar mod 2 days ago http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/5543/?
I know, I saw your mod right after I uploaded, along with making a comment to myself to the effect of "wellll f*** me..." But I thought that the accompanying files sounded ok with it, as when eating a cookie you can make "nomnom" noises, yet you will still hear a cookie cruching, and lip smacking sounds. I guess I could do an alternate version with quieted gush and chew files if people are interested. I agree with @motaboy that I need to go back and adjust the EQ settings, when I get a chance.

Just to be clear, you're suggesting an EQ adjustment, with more treble, at a lower volume?
Just more treble, volume is OK. It just sounds darker than the original cookie-monster, a bit like Isaac Hayes (chef in South Park) is the speaker. Maybe you could use a better soundfile? Size doesnt matter
But thanks for it. Who never wanted to hear "COOKIES!!! Hmmaaamnaamnjam" as he dives his teeth with a "splash" sound into fresh, radioactive-clean human flesh that you just hunted? With this mod all your dreams come true.
