Sound replacer for Cookie Monster SFX when cannibalizing an NPC

No real need for a long description. This replaces the normal cannibal_eat sound files with the cookie monster screaming "COOKIE! NOMNOMNOMNOMNOM.." Tested it and it works fine. This is my first upload to the nexus, and my first mod made without using a G.E.C.K. or Creation Kit, although I have made many of my own personal mods in the past. I hope someone with a twisted sense of humor enjoys it.. A lot.. So yes, this was a learning experience, and I will probably be putting out more mods in the future, since I was able to figure it out. If anyone notes any bugs, please let me know, though I don't see any reason for one.
