Obviously, I would like you to download my mod but I would Highly recommend Vault Outfits Redux It replaces the scientist outfit as well as several other great changes.
Always slightly bothered me that the vault scientists and doctors don't wear vault suits with the lab coat like in FO3 so I replaced their default outfit with Elianora's VaultScientist outfit from Eli's Armour Compendium
