COUNTY CROSSING "CORRECTED"
Why "corrected" you ask ?
Well in my mind this location was supposed to be a farm .
Now how 10 plants and a shack constitute  a farm is a mystery to me...
So as usual i went ahead and "corrected" this failed attempt of a location...
Now my friends i give  you a REAL farm  with all the trimmings...and PLENTY of room to make it yours with your personal touches...
Its gigantic compared to its one cell vanilla state  and has been edited to allow easy building almost everywhere.
That puddle of filth has been repositioned and made into a nice clean pond that is fed from underwater springs which spills into the ocean .
I was at conflict to leave it almost empty or to build it for you but i went with a compromise of both..This gives you a ready to use location with enough food,water,power and housing for more than 20 settlers.
Jobs havent been added except for a couple of guard markers in the 2 guard towers...
Though i strongly suggest a mod by "northland diggers" that adds some very relevant job posts.
Also suggested is a mod called "remove turret power requirement" which will enable all the placed turrets without any wiring .
Ive also included a few power transmitter pylons that will feed your lighting wirelessly .
The beds you will find are for more than 20 settlers and ive made the bunks usable both top and bottom at the same time but be warned they are not regular beds...They are a mashup of a double frame with 2 single mattresses so if you remove them you cant rebuild them elsewhere..
Also added a place to land your vertibirds outside of the wall  so you dont land in the middle of the farm.
In the workshop you will also find 2 items to build... One is a haystack that acts as a brahmin trough (in resources/misc) and a simple table made out of barn wood
The location still has to be cleared and claimed just as the vanilla needed to be .
Technical issues:
Well the only issue i encountered was that the 2 furthest corners wont allow assigning of jobs ( only a tiny part where the brahmin fenced area is and past the robot's  trailer home.. ).This was unavoidable due to the proximity of other points of interest.... But i had to include the areas to wall off the farm properly.
Also note: place this mod after any mods that edit the same area or have previs data like the previs repair pack etc. that will cause chaos .

Im sure you will have fun with this place as it is now worth spending time on...
