   I'd like to grab this mod but it has limitations in that it requires mods hosted on Bethesda which are not available to download and then be installed  via a mod manager. Anyone got a solution?

      Download in game, then move the files into a managed mod. It's only an ESP and a few BA2s. There are no loose files in bethesda.net mods.

   May I ask which mod(s) were used for the building pieces (concrete/glass walls, wooden stairs and floors, etc.)?

      i can‘t tell for the others at the moment, but for the pure glass walls it is definitely settlement objects expansion pack.

      The concrete and wooden parts are from various Snappy interior kits (Concrete, WoodB, WoodP)
