Simple patch to change the Vit-O-Matic's weight to 0 in Sim Settlements 2.

As suggested by Kinggath in a Sim Settlements 2 livestream, this patch changes the Vit-O-Matic weight to 0 instead of 8. For people who like to carry it around and check settlers (or script lag) instead of abandoning it in a workbench somewhere.
