It always bothered me how a whole mechanic is just introduced out of the blue following a random radiant quest, so making that reward instead an upgrade is great. This makes so much more sense.

One thing I noticed, and it's obviously up to you, but I did note that playing on a character which had not unlocked ballistic weave, the No Weave option from UFO4 Patch was not available, presumably because it is set up to become available alongside the rest of the ballistic weave, so my question was if there was any chance of a patch to make No Weave from that mod available from the start, alongside these makeshift weaves? It's not a hugely important thing but it would be useful.

Thank you for this mod which will literally change how I play this game; normally I feel obligated to play the Railroad questline until I unlock ballistic weave, but this is a viable alterative.

Obviously I felt the same way which is why I took it upon myself to fix it. =)

I debated whether I was going to allow the ability to add/remove weaves at will. I suppose it's better to have the option and decide not to use it than to not have the option altogether.

Check out the update. That should take care of ya.

Thank you, I did always feel it was slightly odd that ballistic weave had no option to revert the items to normal, unlike most other upgrade paths in the game. This will do nicely.

I can understand the argument either way, but I suppose thematically speaking it doesn't make sense that you can't remove it when all other mods can be removed with the exception of legendary mods.

      Enjoy.
