Version 2.04
SPECIAL stats can be raised to 11 regardless of when you pick up a SPECIAL stat bobblehead.
Chem Resistant R2: consuming chems no longer causes thirst.
Party Boy/Girl R2: consuming alcohol no longer causes thirst.

Fixed Strong Back R5 typo. R4 now indicates that you no longer take damage while overencumbered (survival).
Pain Train - Increased damage for all three ranks from 15/30/75 to 30/60/100. No longer triggers on corpses. Now properly consumes 10 AP on contact for R1-2, R3 already consumed 20. Fixed issue with R3 dealing no damage.
Adamantium Skeleton - R3 negates over-encumberance damage in survival mod. Conflicts with No More Damage mod so load this after.
Fortune Finder - R4 changed description to indicate it does 'not' in fact further increase chance to find caps in containers.
Scrapper - Highlight bonus on R2 moved to R1 and has double the radius. R3 now also includes rare components.
Lead Belly - Adjusted description to note that it only affects one or the other, not both, and increases satiation duration by 50%.
VANS - Moved run speed bonus from R3 to R2 to compensate for the lack of survival compass distance bonus and reduced speed from 25% to 20%. Bethesda have apparently hardcoded this setting as changing it appears to do nothing.
Heavy Gunner - added recipe for harpoons and cannonballs to the chemistry workbench.
Rad Resistant - adjusted R2 description.
Removed crafting component requirement for the holotape.
Bug Fix - Periodic damage from over-encumberance no longer affects the player when using the Power Armor Station.
Version 2.01
It is safe to update from v2.0 to v2.01.
Accidentally reset X6-88's perk to default. Added back the 40% damage bonus.
Reduced Lone Wanderer R3 AP bonus from 35 to 30.
Reduced Quick Hands R3 AP bonus from 25 to 20.

There has been a significant overhaul to the mod. If you are currently in a playthrough, do NOT upgrade to v2.0 as it will break that save. You have been warned. The changes will be reflected on the description page.

Added a lockout to the "AUTO-HACK" pop-up so it cannot be activated more than once per locked terminal for the Hacker line of perks.
Corrected Curie's Combat Medic perk description to indiciate it fully heals the player instead of 100.

Fixed issue with Ricochet stacking its dodge bonus.
Added a 5% and 10% chance to dodge attacks while sprinting to Moving Target R1/2.

The mod will now cycle perks the player has to automatically update changes made. This also allows players to add the mod to a game in progress without conflicts, assuming no other perk mods are installed.
