Version 1.06
Increased legendary component drop rate from 10% to 25%.

Noticed issue with crafting mods and the cost not adding up to the proper amount. I'm not entirely sure what causes it but it seemed to mostly be an issue when holding a large amount of caps. This has lead me to change how the mod works.
Added cost to description and the caps will be deducted when using the potion instead of at the workbench.
Added featured item (unique item) error checking to prevent loss of potions on unique weapons which count as modded.
Auto-Stim mod moved from Tier 1 to Tier 2.
