For all those interested. I downloaded this. Started new game. And tested this mod. It is a mess in game. So opened in CK. Sorry GUNGARUS. This is a mess from many direction. So hopefully GUNGARUS won't mind if I do a overhaul of this. Working on navmesh now. Will work my way through it. Will also be merging all the plugins into one plugin. When finished will upload it. The new version will be tested fully before upload. And will be a clean, and optimized mod. Will post here a link when finished. Be patient, takes time.
Over in his newer mod, Enclave - New Story, Gungarus goes further and says of Rise of the Enclave that "This is my first mod where there were a lot of glitches and bugs. I abandoned it because it finally broke down."
But I suggest if you're interested in the newer mod, to just track it for now unless you're the type that can handle any kinks yourself.
After Hours of disabling and enabling mods, i finally found the culprit to an animation bug I have been having. When episode 2 is enabled, in 3rd person, my hand animations appear to be tied together when holding a melee weapon or bare fists and i cannot run, only slow walk. holding a weapon or bear fist does not change the animation. switching to first person works fine or switching to any gun fixes it. Disabling this mod has fixed the issue completely so this is the culprit. It took me so long to find it because i could not fathom a quest mod messing up an animation

I would love to actually be able to finish the quests on this mod . Had to quit and remove it halfway through .
