About this mod:

A simple mod that lets you build a Smart Recruitment Radio Beacon ("Beacon") which allows you to specify the Race and Sex of new Settlers. It can also be programmed to deactivate itself.

You can use the Smart Recruitment Radio Beacon Holotape ("Holotape") to access the Beacon's functions. The Holotape gets added to your inventory automatically. Additional Holotapes can be crafted at any Chemistry Workbench.

Smart Recruitment Radio Beacon's functions:

"Max Settlers to Recruit": how many Settlers the Beacon should recruit? Once the Beacon recruits this number of Settlers, it deactivates itself. (Let's say you would like to recruit 5 Settlers. Set "Max Settlers to Recruit" to 5 and the Beacon will turn off when it recruits 5 Settlers). Default is "Unlimited".

"Max Allowed Population": if you specify the maximum population of your settlement, the Beacon deactivates itself once the settlement's population reaches this number. (Let's say your settlement's current population is 20 and you would like it to reach 25. Set "Max Allowed Population" to 25 and the Beacon will turn off when the settlement's actual population reaches 25). Default is "Unlimited".

"Specify Race": recruit Human or Ghoul Settlers only. Default is "Random".

"Specify Sex": recruit Female or Male Settlers only. Default is "Random".

"Turn On/Off Nearby Beacon": turnes on/off the Beacon.

Notes: I know there's already a similar recruitment radio beacon mod so please, no need to remind me of this in comments. Originally, I used this mod (an earlier version of it actually) for mod testing but I thought maybe someone could use it. You have to be at the settlement where your Beacon is located to access the Beacon's functions through the Holotape. You can build as many Beacons as you like but one settlement can have only one Beacon.
