   So this mod is the same as the required one (new models/textures), but without the added Serum and MREs, correct?

      Correct, I have undone most of the chances made by the original mod, keeping only the models and textures.

   I'm confused, how will an esp change the models?

      On the Required Mods the original mod is listed. You need to download it and then replace that esp with mine.
