    Genious! HAHAHA

The effect volume is just a bit low (and I don't know if there's a way to edit and increase it, if anyone knows, please let me know), but it's ok, you still can play around and have some fun.

So I sent you a private message too but in case you dont read that

Hey man I was just looking around for this and your (Surprise Mother F Dexter sound) mod was the one I found to be the latest containing an .xwm format file... Im looking to get some insight in this and hopefully grasp the basics so I can import some of the sounds I want into the game.. Would really appreciate you helping or pointing me in the right direction...

Some questions I want answered are
    Are .xwm files audio files?
If they are how do I edit those / replace .xwm with a custom .mp3 file
Or rather, how would I go about converting .mp3 into .xwm

Might be useful if you could say whether to just throw this in with a mod manager or does it need to be manually inserted?

You can use Nexus Mod Manager (the mod manager I use for Fallout games) or drag it in the data folder. I updated the desceptrions of the mod for the intsall or uninstall.
