I can't seem to get this mod to work. I downloaded the required mod and this one and cannot seem to figure out why I am not seeing the berry mentats effect. I opened up the mod in xedit and all seems to be in good order. have even tried doing some of my own modifications without success. I currently do not have any mods that edit perks other than the mod Better Locational Damage.
Heyo! Just found out about this mod and this mod is the bomb......except that the gassy highlight is kinda iffy. Is it possible for the highlight to be the same as the Targeting Hud mod? Just like highlighting models/lit-up models with no gas effects.
