I am playing a fallout 4 with many mods. I turned it into a stealth experience, but found the sneak perk level 5 very useless, and made this mod. It uses the berry mentats fx, cause it looks cool. The highlight distance is not too high, to make it balanced. Allies are highlighted in a different color. I also removed the stealthboy effect, but left an optional version that keeps it. There's also an optional version that adds a level 3 to V.a.n.s, if you don't want to change the sneak perk, credits to Livelynightmare!
Fits perfectly with louder footsteps sounds mods, and real time penetration framework. It is probably not compatible with mods that change the sneak perk level 5.
