AN76 Menstrual Cycle
Available in AN76 v1.7.3+
Much like AN2 before it, AN76 now has a menstrual cycle. This additional subsystem is only available to female player characters. Within it, you will have a 28 calendar day menstrual cycle that is unaffected by any external mod. AAF or Crime and Punishment will not distinguish between a player in the midst of a cycle or not, so be advised ahead of time.
On day 18 after activating this feature, you will experience PMS. This will affect your charisma and also introduce cramps, which will cause periodic damage. You can offset this damage by taking PainAway, an analgesic that you can buy from vendors or find in various loot containers around the game, like dressers, suitcases, bathroom mirrors and first aid kits.
