You can measure distance between custom points, the Player and weapon target ingame in Imperial, Metric and Game Units in both fractions and whole numbers.

About this mod:
A simple and lightweight mod that lets you measure distance ingame.
How to use it:
There are two ways to measure distance: 1. "Distance Measurer Pistol". 2. Distance Measurer Points.
Distance Measurer Pistol: add it the your inventory by using the "Distance Measurer" holotape, equip it, choose your target then "pull the trigger" to measure the distance between the Target and the Player. Don't worry, no one will get hurt. You can use the holotape to remove it from your inventory (or you can scrap it, etc..).
Distance Measurer Points: add it / them to your inventory by using the holotape, drop it / them on the ground, then you can choose to use 1. the holotape, 2. an activate button to measure the distance between Point A -- Player, Point B -- Player, Point A -- Points B, etc... By allowing you to measure distance from the holotape, you can do it remotely from anywhere. Maximum of 4 Points can be used at once. Points are visible on your Pip-Boy's map. You can remove them from your inventory (or if they're on the ground, from the game world) by using the holotape. The mod can display it if the Point is in a Container or an NPC's Inventory.
Misc functions:
Change Conversation: Imperial (Inch, Foot, Yard, Mile), Metric (Millimeter, Centimeter, Decimeter, Meter, Kilometer) and Game Units are supported.
Use Whole Numbers: distance can be displayed in fractions and whole numbers.
Notes: F4SE is not required. If you have F4SE, the mod can display the Player's and weapon target actors' name instead of "Player" and "Target". (I have F4SE, that's why my name is visible).
