Instantly switch between 1st and 3rd person perspectives without the zoom.

This is a simple ini tweak that removes the slow camera transition between 1st person and 3rd person perspective.
As a person who primarily uses a gamepad and whose play style switches between the two perspectives a lot; This was a must have for me.
I found the vanilla method was very glitchy, and sometimes didn't work.
This is a tweak I originally downloaded for Skyrim by Graxster, but I hadn't seen it here for Fallout 4 yet.
Installation
Simply open your Fallout4.ini and replace or add the following under the [Camera] section:
fMouseWheelZoomSpeed=60.0000
f1st3rdSwitchDelay=0.9500
If you don't have a camera section then add it anywhere before or after another section in the ini.
And that's it. You're done.
Enjoy instant perspective switching in Fallout 4.
