This mod is great, finally a real fight at Corvega assembly plant where normally only level 1 raiders spawn. Say that i ever want to go back to vanilla in the same save, is it safe to uninstall mid-save?
Edit: after testing this mod for a while, I do have one small nitpick, which is that super small insects like mirelurk hatchlings, bloatflys, radroaches and other small bugs take more than one hit to kill and imo i would have left those alone myself.
I still think this mod is prob great for late-level players (and endorsed it for that) - the only exception being minor critters which, with this mod, imho feel way over-toughened for their size (tested at level 114) and I edited them out via FO4edit. But I've removed the mod entirely from my 2nd playthru for which, through start/early levels, the game seemed far too grindy. Could of course be I've other mods conflicting or not fully accounting for my less than stellar playing skills, but otherwise my guesses are maybe that:- 1) Early-game with weak stats/armour/guns & scant ammo, we need a more of the easiest targets around to help build ourselves up. 2) Many mods, and the game itself, sometimes make up for what would normally be still-low-level enemies by having more of them.
However, I'd say the further past level 60-ish, the more I'll feel like re-adding the mod (well, my edit thereof). This is less a critique of the mod than my experience of it, so just commenting in case others get the same experience (or otherwise). And if my experience is typical, suggest down-scaling lower (and maybe some mid) level enemies with lower multipliers depending on overall player level?? Many thanks for sharing.
Cool mod, but it would be really nice to have a much more dynamic version of this where the creatures that are normally easier are a lower percentage of the player character's level, and the normally harder creatures have a higher than player's level, but scaling indefinitely with no cap. Basically making all creatures as much of a bullet sponge as the player, but with radroaches being easier to defeat than super mutants, and all the in-between.
I have no modding knowledge though, so I couldn't really make this without learning how to make mods, and I don't honestly have the patience for it, or the patience it takes to manage a mod-page with bug reports and compatibility patches, etc.
2 questions - does this affect the DLC level requirements (i.e. will Nuka-World enemies still spawn at level 30+ even as a level 10) and does it require the Improved BoS patch if you're only using the lite Redux version?
I haven't changed the minimum level of any NPC, so the level requirements will be the same. As for the Improved BoS patch, I'm not sure. I'd need to see how that one works. Try it and let me know. Worse case scenario is they won't be scaled to you, which is an easy fix.
You are better than NPC level scaling. I have tested his mod 12 times. At the same place, there are two frames of stuttering for 0.5 seconds?Thank you Sorry, my English is not very good, you are better than https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/15961 Well done

I know, it's a bit of a mess to explain, but it's way easier in practice than you'd think. If in doubt, just shout. I'll help you out.Edit: after testing this mod for a while, I do have one small nitpick, which is that super small insects like mirelurk hatchlings, bloatflys, radroaches and other small bugs take more than one hit to kill and imo i would have left those alone myself.
