This adjusts the level of non-unique NPCs to scale with yours. Enemies who were previously below level 50 will now scale with you until 50, whereas enemies who were previously above 50 will now scale with you until 100.

This mod, simply put, sets every generic NPC (unless I missed some, but we'll see) to level with the player to a certain degree. Every NPC whose level was previously below 50 will now scale up to 50, and every NPC whose level was previously above 50 will now scale up to 100. NPCs who scaled indefinitely have not been touched, but I have made a few extra NPCs work this way: the mirelurk queen, nukalurk queen, gunner brigadier, and ancient behemoth will now level with you forever. I've set the NPCs to level on a multiplier of 0.95, that way you'll always be ahead of them and pacification perks will still work.
I've set this mod up as an .esm for the sake of compatibility. It will hopefully ensure that it doesn't override mods that add or tweak NPC stats (big example, my own Cryo and Fire Damage and Resistances mod). If another mod later in the load order overrides the changes of mine, that's okay. I'd prefer that than have this mod break stuff. If you find that one of your mods is overriding mine, let me know and I'll be more than happy to create a patch for it. Same goes if a mod adds NPCs and they don't scale with you, and you'd like them to.
Right now, this mod does not affect friendly NPCs like the sort you'd meet in Diamond City. My original plan was to change every single NPC record in the game, but I realised that's a lot of work for little gain. Unless you're regularly going on killing sprees, you won't really be missing out. I am open to going back and adjusting friendlies, but for now I'm perfectly fine with excluding them.
