I'm not %100 sure it's the cause for the seam people are getting, but there's a thin black box surrounding the image. You can literally just erase it in paint.net or something that can edit DDS files.

No matter what I do, I cannot get this to show up on my list of overlays. All my other overlays work fine, but this one isn't appearing.
