    i cannot figure out how to craft it and when i go to the specialty tab in the chem station its shows some thing called no heroics which requires no heroics to craft
    im so lost

    believe it or not thanks to FNV this rifle is Canon in Fallout, the Marksman Carbine is an M4 Platform without the rail covers
