then either you've got a mod conflict that's overwriting RPAS or you've installed the mod mid playthrough and the suit needs to be force respawned using "recycleactor" in the console command window.

then great that's fully intended and you should see it at any level!
Great mod, makes power armor feel more lore friendly and special. Having to explore and work for the best sets feels rewarding again, not just having 15 sets of X-01 by end game.
For some reason, the precombine in some parts of Nuka World has been broken, but it's okay if the PRP goes down. If you're not using PRP, use FO4editQuickAutoClean for this Mod ESP. This restores the broken precombine part to vanilla.
