Love the plan, but for some reason Vault cellar in my game covered in mud (ground texture) I don't have any mods that alerts Sunshine Tidings so I'm not sure why's that. nwm it was terrain undersides mod causing this.
Hahahaha, I should've read the plan first, I first thought I had buildings clipping under the ground, I saw a vault piece I was like where is the entrance 🤣 it sure is a awesome city plan, and pretty much safe from CTD the game, just like Starlight drive in, keep up with the good work 😎
Question tho, I'm curious how you build underground, I got all recommended mods, but I'm really curious 🤔
so at this location, the build box goes under the ground a bit enough I was able to hide a vault there. All you need to do to get under the ground is the command TCL which allows you to clip through stuff. once under the ground build a floor to stand on turn off tcl and start building.
note when doing this it can get a bit interesting down there visually so if you suffer from issues with flashing lights etc it's probably best you do not do this or build outside internal cells.
This is why I went with vault bits and then built above them to make sure they did not suffer from light filters or rain while underground.
wow, i knew about tcl, but i didnt know you could use it to build in workmode, i think i try it, on a small scale, not as big as yours, just to test :D
noticed one little bug, the cabinet with the computer on it I slid it into the corner in the build with place Everywhere. You can choose to delete it or slide it across into the corner if you too have place Everywhere.
2nd bug the city plan will ask that you have cczsef04001-bhouse.esm you can ignore this I made a mistake and used a picture from a creation club kit it is not going to break the build it is a single bit of art on a wall.
I really like this mod, especially the mini vault & entry so it remains part of the build instead of being separate & having to use another workshop, I have a slight problem with the west door in the bedroom, seems to be underwater when walking through but no big deal, like the way you used the open backed cabin, always bugged me as there's no good way to seal off the back. keep up the good work.
Really like this city plan, thank you! Also, I love how it feels like I'm climbing the ladder down to the vault rather than just a portal door. I don't think I've ever seen that before in any mod.
Thanks, it is a build item that is in the wasteland reconstruction kit mod from kinggath. When I noticed I could use it to go through things, the ground outside of the boundary etc my thinking was well time to make use of this and presto a vault was created.
Wait, so if I have the WRK I can just plop down ladders like that in my settlements and have the same effect without doing anything else? I don't suppose you know off the top of your head which category it's in? (Don't worry if not - I can hunt for it when I'm in game later.)
