   What exactly does your "Tweaks" do ? i am shuffling trough your mods but i dont think theres info.

      It looks like he modified some small values here and there, like healthpools and damage modifiers. As well as adding in a leveled list to inject the GRIM/WH ghoul creatures into the vanilla ghoul leveled list(which is causing a radroach bug)

   Does your esp spawn multiple Bubble Head Nurses to chase the player every minute or so?
   
   Im testing it right now and it seems to be your esp.
