   What exactly does your "Tweaks" do ? i am shuffling trough your mods but i dont think theres info.

      It looks like he modified some small values here and there, like healthpools and damage modifiers. As well as adding in a leveled list to inject the GRIM/WH ghoul creatures into the vanilla ghoul leveled list(which is causing a radroach bug)

   Does your esp spawn multiple Bubble Head Nurses to chase the player every minute or so?
   
   Im testing it right now and it seems to be your esp.

   Whispering Hills - Far Harbor.esp
   Whispering Hills - pip-boy flashlight.esp (this is an optional of the installer)
   GRIM-FH.esp
   GRIM-WH-Patch-FH.esp
   GRIM-WH-Patch.esp
   GRIM Aerys.esp
   Here goes my modifiers.
